Heavy Crown Terms of Sale

By purchasing from Heavy Crown, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because many Heavy Crown products are produced specifically after an order is placed, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

• Personal preference regarding fit, style, or color

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Failure to review product descriptions or sizing information before ordering

• Normal variations in garment color, placement, or appearance resulting from manufacturing or screen-display differences

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Heavy Crown within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Your request must include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the product and the defect, damage, or incorrect item

• Photographs of the packaging when relevant

Claims submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

After reviewing the claim, Heavy Crown may, at its discretion and as appropriate under applicable law, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers should not return merchandise unless instructed to do so by Heavy Crown.

3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.

Sizing may vary between products, garment styles, and manufacturers. Customers should review the sizing information provided on the applicable product page before placing an order.

Purchasing an incorrect size does not qualify an order for a refund, return, or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after being submitted.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact Heavy Crown as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Heavy Crown is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping or reproduction charges may apply before the order can be resent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Heavy Crown is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier and Heavy Crown promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

A tracking status showing delivery does not automatically prevent a customer from reporting a legitimate delivery issue, but Heavy Crown may require additional information before providing a remedy.

7. Lost Packages

If tracking does not show successful delivery and you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact Heavy Crown so that we can investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.

Any replacement or refund will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and the results of that investigation.

8. Unauthorized Returns

Products sent back to Heavy Crown or one of its fulfillment partners without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Do not mail products to the return address shown on a shipping label unless Heavy Crown specifically instructs you to do so.

9. Fraudulent Orders and Payment Disputes

Heavy Crown reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious.

If there is a problem with an order, customers are encouraged to contact Heavy Crown before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Heavy Crown reserves the right to provide order records, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product information, and other relevant documentation when responding to payment disputes or chargebacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or through their payment provider.

10. Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, graphics, placement, and details accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, device type, garment material, manufacturing process, or production batch.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted

• May be limited to specific products or dates

• May be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law

Discount codes have no cash value.

12. Pricing Errors

Heavy Crown reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors.

If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact the customer to offer the option of purchasing at the corrected price or canceling the affected item for a refund.

13. Resale and Abuse

Heavy Crown reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotional offers, or misuse of our store.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heavy Crown will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable to Heavy Crown's business operations, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Heavy Crown may update these Terms of Sale periodically.

The Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
